Warner Bros. Animation has released the first trailer for Batman: Knightfall Trilogy, an animated adaptation of one of the most influential storylines in the history of the Dark Knight from the 1990s. The initial installment, titled Part 1: Knightfall, premiered this الثلاثاء at the prestigious Annecy International Animation Film Festival and is scheduled for release later this year.

The cast has been officially announced, featuring Anson Mount—known for his role in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds—as Bruce Wayne/Batman. Michael Mando, who appeared in Spider-Man: Brave New Day, voices the formidable villain Bane, while Pablo Schreiber of Halo fame takes on the role of Jean-Paul Valley/Azrael.

Behind the Scenes and Storyline

The trilogy was first announced during the New York Comic Con in أكتوبر of the previous year, with many details kept confidential until now. The project is directed by Jeff Wamester and written by Jeremy Adams. Production is overseen by supervising producer Rick Morales, alongside producers Jim Krieg and Kimberly S. Moreau. Executive producers include Sam Register and Michael Uslan.

The official synopsis for Part One reveals the core conflict: “When the mysterious behemoth known only as Bane frees Batman’s entire Rogue’s معرض from Arkham Asylum, the Caped Crusader faces his greatest challenge yet.” This storyline sets the stage for a gripping animated retelling of the iconic arc that reshaped Batman’s legacy in the 1990s.

The release of the trailer and premiere at Annecy mark the beginning of an eagerly anticipated journey into one of DC Comics’ most celebrated narratives, now brought vividly to life through animation.
