National Soccer Hall of Famer Hope Solo is putting a significant portion of her personal memorabilia on the auction block, with the spotlight on her 2015 World Cup final goalkeeper kit. The collection will be featured in Lelands’s 2026 Summer Classic Auction, drawing attention from soccer enthusiasts and collectors alike.
The auction includes over 45 items from Solo’s illustrious career, with highlights such as her signed goalkeeper kit from the US Women’s National Team’s triumphant 2015 World Cup victory against Japan. Alongside this centerpiece are her championship ring, the prestigious FIFA Golden Glove award, jerseys from both the quarterfinal and semifinal matches, and a team-signed ball commemorating her 100th cap for the United States.
A Legacy Shared Through Memorabilia
Solo expressed that with soccer’s rising prominence in the United States, especially around the World Cup period, it felt appropriate to pass these treasured artifacts into new hands, allowing them to become part of the sport’s expanding history. The auction offers fans a rare chance to own tangible pieces of American soccer heritage.
Bidding for the items will commence on July 26th. Additionally, a portion of the auction’s proceeds will support SheBelongs, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering refugee and underserved girls through sports, reinforcing the meaningful impact beyond the sale itself.
