LA Sparks guard Kelsey Plum has officially joined the Adidas basketball roster, marking a notable shift in her endorsement partnerships. Previously signed with Under Armour, Plum’s move to Adidas was confirmed this week, adding another prominent name to the brand’s expanding lineup of women’s basketball athletes.

Alongside WNBA talents Satou Sabally and Aliyah Boston, Plum now shares the Adidas platform with the brand’s Women’s Basketball President, Candace Parker, who also praised the guard’s multidimensional appeal both on and off the court.

Adidas Embraces Plum’s Versatility

Parker emphasized Plum’s unique contribution to the Adidas family, highlighting her championship pedigree as well as her interests in fashion and culture. “Kelsey brings unique value to the adidas Basketball family,” Parker stated. “She is a champion, and her interests beyond the court in fashion and culture make her the ideal partner for adidas. We are excited for the future of adidas Basketball with Kelsey on the team.”

The signing had been anticipated following Plum’s appearance in Adidas gear during this year’s Unrivaled games, despite still being under contract with Under Armour at the time. This public display of allegiance effectively signaled her forthcoming partnership with Adidas.

While signature products for Plum are still under development, she will be wearing the Adidas Crazy Energy shoes throughout the remainder of the 2026 WNBA season. This collaboration underscores Adidas’s ongoing commitment to supporting elite female athletes and expanding its presence within professional women’s basketball.
