With a crowd of 10,497 fans witnessing the match on Wednesday night, the Huskers delivered one of the most decisive performances in NCAA women’s volleyball this week. Nebraska’s offense fired at a remarkable .380 hitting percentage, while their defense stifled Missouri to a mere .020, underscoring the significant gap between the two teams on the court.
Nebraska Offense Posts Top Non-Conference Scores as Big Ten Looms
At the forefront of Nebraska’s attack was Andi Jackson, who contributed 10 kills while achieving an outstanding .667 hitting percentage without committing any errors across 15 attempts. She also made a notable defensive impact with six blocks, including a solo stuff that closed out the opening set.
Harper Murray continued her strong form by matching Jackson’s 10 kills, extending her streak of double-digit kill performances to three consecutive matches. Meanwhile, Virginia Adriano added nine kills, complementing the frontline firepower. Senior setter Bergen Reilly orchestrated the Huskers’ offense effectively, dishing out 29 assists and contributing eight digs, showcasing her two-way impact on the game.
