Google has expanded its hardware portfolio with the launch of four new Pixel smartphones, the Pixel Watch 5, and a Bluetooth tracking device known as the Pixel Tag. This announcement, made ahead of the company’s official event, brings fresh innovation to Google’s ecosystem with enhanced devices and accessories.
The Pixel 11 lineup and new hardware features
The newly introduced smartphone range includes the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and the foldable Pixel 11 Pro Fold. All four models are equipped with Google’s latest Tensor G6 chip, which offers up to 20 percent better power efficiency over the previous generation. Alongside this, Google highlights improvements in browsing speed and app loading times, though the real-world benefits of these upgrades will be seen with everyday usage.
Visually, the phones feature a redesigned camera system with an edge-to-edge glass bar that stretches across the back. The Pro models introduce a distinctive HiLight LED ring surrounding the camera flash. This circular light system activates when the phone is placed face down, signaling notifications such as calls from favorite contacts or other alerts.
Complementing the smartphone releases, Google also unveiled the Pixel Watch 5, continuing to build out its wearable lineup. Additionally, the new Pixel Tag is designed as a Bluetooth tracker to help users keep track of their belongings more efficiently within the Google ecosystem.
