Juventus have reached a three-year settlement agreement with UEFA following breaches of football earnings regulations, accepting a fine totaling €20 million. Of this amount, €14 million is conditional, while the club also faces the risk of squad restrictions if certain financial targets are not met during the period.

Meanwhile, the club is actively pursuing several transfer targets as the summer window progresses. Genoa’s 19-year-old forward Jeff Ekhator is currently undergoing medical examinations ahead of a permanent move to Juventus. The deal is expected to be finalized soon, with an official announcement pending the completion of final tests and contract signing. In a reciprocal arrangement, Next Gen player David Puczka is set to move to Genoa.

Transfer Market Movements and Negotiations

Juventus have reignited talks over a potential signing of Lecce’s centre-back Tiago Gabriel, whose valuation stands between €35 million and €40 million. Despite this renewed interest, the club continues to prioritize strengthening their goalkeeper and striker positions. The 21-year-old Tiago Gabriel remains on the radar of other prominent clubs, including Milan, Inter, and Bournemouth.

In addition, Juventus submitted a €15 million plus €3 million bonus offer for Bologna’s defender Jhon Lucumí, an amount below his €28 million release clause that remains valid until 15 July. Interest in Bologna’s striker Santiago Castro has cooled at a €40 million valuation, though other players from the club are attracting bids as well.

On another front, Roma have firmly rejected Juventus’ bid of €42 million plus €8 million in bonuses for goalkeeper Mile Svilar. The Serie A side is determined not to strengthen a direct competitor and regards Svilar as a cornerstone of their Champions League ambitions, despite ongoing Financial Fair Play constraints.
